When will my order ship?

Although most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order. You will receive an email once your order ships with a tracking number. We process orders Monday through Saturday. Please submit any questions to

How do I return my purchase?

Thank you for your purchase. We're sure that you'll absolutely love it. However, in any case that you're not totally happy with your items purchased online or in store, you can exchange it for another item. 

Online Orders

Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. We currenlty do not allow returns or exchanges on special order or custom items. Exchange requests for online purchases must be sent to and must be approved first. Once your exchange request is approved, you'll be provided with instructions and a shipping label,  All approved items must be unworn and in the original condition. Once item is inspected and accepted, we will provide you with a store credit for the original purchase amount (shipping cost not included).

In-store Purchases

For in store purchases, simply bring the item back to our store within seven (7) days of the original purchase date and we'll be happy to assist you with your exchange at that time. Items must be unworn and  in original condition. We currently do not except returns on special order or custom items.
